VonWin Holdings, LLC (“VonWin”), formerly known as PrimeShares World Markets, LLC, was founded in 2000. It is the global market leader in dealing with claims against insolvent companies and entities. VonWin Holdings, LLC, an affiliate, actively purchases trade payables of bankrupt companies, administrative claims, limited partnership interests, claims against insurance companies in liquidation, liquidating trust certificates, and other defaulted products such as rejected leases and contracts, loans, and private placement instruments. Additionally, VonWin offers advisory services and financing to entities undergoing restructuring.

The firm’s founders and senior managers are seasoned experts in the legal and financial aspects of companies undergoing recapitalizations, reorganizations, and liquidations. VonWin’s mission is to provide liquidity to both companies and their creditors during these periods of stress or distressed transition. This mission is accomplished by diversifying risk across a wide range of “high-risk” investments on behalf of itself and its strategic partners.

VonWin operates out of New York City, but, along with its strategic partners, invests globally, with a focus on the United States, Europe, Canada, Japan, Non-Japan Asia, Australia, and Latin America. The firm’s clients include major commercial and investment banks, insurance companies, private equity groups, pension funds, investment company portfolio managers, and Fortune 500 companies, as well as both public and private middle-market companies.
